QDo you have a minimum rental period?
ANo, rent for as short or as long as you need. Call one of our sales team for short term rates.
QIs there a delivery charge?
AYes, you will be charged a one-time fee that will cover the delivery, set-up and final pick-up of your rented items.
QHow will I be billed?
AYour initial invoice will include the first month rental fee, a security deposit and one-time handling fee. Once we issue an account number to you you may pay securely online, or you can complete an automatic monthly credit card authorization form which we will email to you along with your finalized paperwork, or we can invoice you by mail monthly.
QDo you require a security deposit?
AYes, security deposits are equal to one full month's rental; they are 100% refundable with normal wear and tear.
QHow much notice do you need to set-up furniture delivery?
AWe can normally deliver within five to seven business days - if you require faster set-up, give us a call.
QHow much notice do you need to do a pick-up of my furniture?
AWe need 30 days notice to pick-up your rental furniture.
QDo I need to visit a showroom in order to rent furniture?
ANo, our online ordering system is quick and easy. Or you may call and speak to one of our representatives and order over the phone.
